Description

The apartment is located inside a fully fenced residence, accessible through 4 pedestrian entrances and driveways.

Directly by the sea, through a gate that allows access to the beach.

The rooms are spacious, the ground floor consists of a hallway, kitchen, living room with a sofa bed. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom, a room with a 3-bed bunk, a bathroom with a shower, and a hallway.

Exclusive and fenced outdoor area of about 50 square meters.
