L'appartement est situé à l'intérieur d'une résidence entièrement clôturée, accessible par 4 entrées piétonnes et des allées.

Directement en bord de mer, par une porte qui permet l'accès à la plage.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, le rez-de-chaussée se compose d'un couloir, d'une cuisine, d'un salon avec un canapé-lit. Au premier étage, il y a une chambre double, une chambre avec un lit superposé à 3 lits, une salle de bains avec une douche et un couloir.

Espace extérieur exclusif et clôturé d'environ 50 mètres carrés.
